Account & Wire Transfers
We were replatforming with the new P2NxT design system, working within strict requirements that shaped much of the UX architecture. Partnering closely with the product owner, we balanced technical feasibility with forward-thinking UX principles—introducing clearer labeling, visible balances, and a more intuitive way to navigate between account transfers and wire transfers. The most complex challenge was designing variable display states for multiple transfer flows, each with unique logic, while keeping the experience consistent and seamless across the platform.

User Testing
We tested the prototype with ten participants to ensure users could easily understand and complete key money movement tasks—such as choosing between a transfer or a wire based on their needs. We also evaluated how well participants understood the timing of when funds would be received after initiating each type of transfer.
